Sébastien has demonstrated autonomy and leadership during flight training. His professional behaviour allowed him to obtain a level well above the standard required. It was a real pleasure to work with Sébastien as he always identified the key points by himself and therefore was often in advance on his training progression thanks to his personal investment.
Sébastien is humble, outgoing and helped his other flying team members reach a better level. His attitude increased the team's energy.
